First things First
We work with you to find your dream home by looking through our floorplans (or reviewing a plan you already have), discussing the lot that the home will be built on and understanding your needs for the home. We have floorplans ranging from $110,000 – $400,000. This all starts with a one-on-one consultation with one of our building experts…
Turning Custom into Reality
While you’re at our design center, we’ll aid you in picking every finish for your home; this can all be done at our center, without the need to ride the roads visiting multiple specialty stores….
Next comes a site visit to assess your actual lot. We’ll talk about the site improvements needed to accommodate the plan we’ve created, steps overall considerations for final aesthetic presentation…
We will then complete the pricing agreement, walking you through all allowances, changes made, and the timeline involved. Once we finalize the agreement to build your home, we will assist you in providing any documentation required by your lender, it’s time to move forward with lending options…
